On public transport this was such a nightmare I cannot tell you. The traffic jams on the bus. The annoying people and their stupid mobile phones, their poor personal hygiene, the patronising announcements, the exorbitant expense, the lack of satisfaction at paying the crazy fares for a form of transport so unpleasant it would not even be allowed for cattle.

Well my Power City bike has changed all that. I arrive at work in exactly HALF the time (45-50 mins). I am not left frustrated by all the delays. It cuts through all the jams, moves away from traffic lights at lightning fast speed and gives me moderate excercise. I arrive at work alert, fresh and exhilerated, whereas before I would have been lethargic, half awake and negative. I cannot state how amazing it is because it sets me up for the day!

The suspension eats up the numerous bumps along the Edgware Road. I feel that the construction and overall quality of the bike is first class. It has a range of about 30 miles or so and is easily as good as if not better than anything Wisper produce. I took a bit of a gamble buying this bike, but it paid off. During the 6 weeks I have owned it I have only taken the bus twice, therefore have saved about £240 in travel costs alone.

I no longer am at the mercy of London's exorbitant and woefully inadequate transport system. I can go to parties, do DJ sets, go shopping , to work and the gym knowing that i have an quick, affordable and reliable means of getting around on my own terms.

I personally have no hesitation in recommending the Power City bike as an excellent choice to anyone considering an electric bike as a form of transport. It is like having a Rolls Royce for the price of a Ford Escort!
