Please check the stock information next to each item description for an estimated delivery timescale. For products in stock, this is normally 2-3 days. Please note your item will be scheduled for delivery and you will be advised. For out of stock items, please see individual listings for estimated stock delivery timescales.
If you have any special requirements regarding delivery, please let us know ASAP after your order so we can see what we can do for you.

| If you have pre-ordered a bicycle that is out of stock, our estimated date of arrival can only be approximate, due to too many factors being involved (manufacturing completion on time, ship speed, customs clearance, container delivery to warehouse slot). We do our best to get this as close as possible and will update the website accordingly. If the date is longer than expected, and you can not wait, please let us know and we will cancel and refund your order. |

In 2010 we will have distribution centers operating the USA from New York and Las Vegas. If you are interested in purchasing any of our models, please let us know.
