Our warranty is based on the defective part being sent back at buyers cost and then a replacement will be issued.

• Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
• Goods and packaging must be as new.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
• A refund for the item will be made upon receipt and inspection of goods, normally 70-90% of the value (not including the postage).
• If the item is faulty, we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period.
• If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund.
