UL2 handlebar stem is supposed to sit at an angle - this is the design NOT a fault. IMPORTANT NOTES You will need to have your bicycle serviced before use. This is to ensure your safety and to make sure your warranty is not invalidated. Any damage as a result of improper set up (which is covered in a service) will not be covered. Please also note the handlebar and seat post max height guidelines on the actual poles. Damage as a result of not adhering to these will not be covered, which can be established by inspecting the bike.
